Our Charter and Mission

Grandview Retirement Home, Inc. was founded as a
nonprofit 501(c)(3) Organization in 1963.

MISSION STATEMENT

Grandview Retirement Home, Inc.'s mission is to
provide rental housing, related facilities and
residential services to meet the needs of
independent, retirement aged people. These
facilities are open to people approaching
retirement or to those who have retired; and
are available on an equal opportunity basis.

SERVICES NOT PROVIDED

As stated, Grandview is an "independent"
living facility. Services not provided include:

Health Care
Medication Monitoring
Hygiene Assistance
Housekeeping Assistance
Grocery Shopping
Transportation

Laundry Assistance is available for a small fee.

If any of the above services are needed, tenants or their
families may seek local services from Dawson County Health
Dept. or from other local providers. It is up to the tenants
or their families to make arrangements for local services, and
to check availability, references, licenses and liability
insurances. Grandview does not assume liability or take
responsibility for outside services provided to individual
tenants. Grandview does not endorse any specific local
provider and the list below may not be a complete list
of local service providers.

Donations and Support

Grandview is a Non-Profit Organization governed by a Board
of Directors comprised of community volunteers whose objective
is providing a stress-free environment for the elderly.
