Grandview has a number of long-range projects now in the
planning stages. Some of these projects are now on the
"wish list" as future projects to improve the quality
of life for our tenants.

As a non-profit organization, Grandview would gratefully
accept all donations and contributions to help us plan
these improvements well into the future.

It should be noted that all projects are still in
early planning stages and are subject to change.

Some projects that are now being planned include:

* Replacing windows and sliding glass doors in selected
apartments in a phased approach over a five year period.

* Replacing concrete sidewalks around the building.

* Building a new addition to become a dedicated
"Activity Room" for our tenants. (Plans)

* Building a 3-sided, covered structure
for tenant parking.(Plans)

If you would like to donate or contribute
to these planned projects, we would gratefully
accept all donations.

All donations are tax-deductible and
year-end tax receipts will be provided.
